Background: twill, felt, velvet, reflective
Border: Merrowed, locked out, stitched, heat-cut, hand-cut, cut edge, sewing edge, and hot-knife edge.
Backing: stick-on, heat-seal, sew-on, plastic, PVC, Velcro tape
Applications: Police crests, Fire Dept. crests, security crests, Camp crests, customers logo, military crests
Logo: according to customers' design, custom-made design
Best Formats Corel Draw adobe illustrator jpeg etc or files that have been run for embroidery DST, FMC etc.
Application 1: Crests, applique, key chain, key fob, shoulder epaulettes, military uniform, jackets and give-away gift items and sew on.

Design Tips:

Lettering size has to be 1/4" (6mm) high and up to ensure legibility. Keep words to a minimum. Too much lettering will make your crest look cluttered. Merrow bordering is always put on emblems with regular shapes unless specified. All irregular shapes will have heat borders to ensure a frayed edge does not occur. Provide artwork by mail or e-email with size, shape of patch and colors for thread, merrow edge, background fabric color. Specify the type of background (twill, velvet or felt) and backing type: heat seal (iron on) or pressure sensitive.
